Welcome to Award Training, NHS-approved training provider committed to delivering high-quality, meaningful, and impactful learning experiences across health, social care, education, and the wider community.
Our Story
Founded with a passion for inclusion and a vision for change, Award Training Limited was established to bridge the gap between knowledge and practice. We began as a small, mission-led organisation, determined to improve understanding and support for individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities. Over the years, we've grown into a leading training partner for NHS Trusts, councils, care providers, and national organisations across the UK.
What We Do
We specialise in delivering the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism - the government-mandated framework designed to ensure all staff have the right skills and knowledge to provide safe, compassionate, and inclusive care.

Trainer Training: Developing future facilitators, autism co-trainers, and learning disability co-trainers.
We pride ourselves on our unique trio-led model, where every session is facilitated by a lead trainer, an Autistic co-trainer, and a co-trainer with lived experience of a learning disability.
